He is a male so he is disqualified from being a mother. He can be a father tho. But I am not sure why a little boy would get pregnant unless they're a Latino kid (This joke will get funnier the more I repeat it)

Unrelated but that Chinese song has a lot of ch's and sh's. That language seems to use ch's more than other languages.
