He is a male so he is disqualified from being a mother. He can be a father tho. But I am not sure why a little boy would get pregnant unless they're a Latino kid (This joke will get funnier the more I repeat it)

Unrelated but that Chinese song has a lot of ch's and sh's. That language seems to use ch's more than other languages.

China has two separate languages, but in at least one of them, some "ch" sounds are spelled with a q.
