Rules

1. Only characters that are male are allowed.
2. Characters that don't really have a gender, but look male (Ex: The Beyonder) are allowed

4. No one under the age of 18
5. Characters with large size will be judged in proportion to their body
6. Shapeshifters will be judged exclusively off their base form

Wouldn't they qualify as either 7-A or 4-A, rather than High 6-A? Either way, I'll put them in both tiers just to be safe (Also, changing the rule about only 1 tier per character; figured it would make things easier if it were allowed).
