To be fair, I speciifed which abilities the end doesen't have in it's high 4-C, and it doesen't have conceptual manipulation. However, it still has 5-D sealing.
 
No it's not. Not every omnipresent being is capable of warping reality or are actually physically as big as that.

Doesn't help that literal fodders in Touhou have the same characteristics as that. It's not an AP feat.
 
Basically, just because you are omnipresent, doesn't mean you are everything, it just means you can be everywhere at once.

I.E when we put say Suwa up against Lucifer Morningstar (Yes, I know, this is just an example, calm down), Suwa is Omnipresent, but that doesn't mean that she is Lucifer or anything else.

It's just a state of being.
 
Although, the end's type 9 isn't really applicable. Once it's avatar is put down, it's not making another avatar. Technically, it needs to use mortals like humans to even manifest avatars.
 
They embody individual concepts each. But embodying something abstract like a concept, even across a universe, doesn't give you AP.
 
Her profile says she has control of time and space, seemingly on such a scale.
 
Im pretty sure even space and time would be its own concept (which cannot be separated btw).

There's only a few characters in Touhou that have Space-Time Manip, and only 1 that has the Range to even matter (That I remember) and that's Yukari.
