Luffy vs Ruby: Luffy high diff, her bullets are useless on him and the real trouble is her speed boosts + scythes. However, she is still a rookie like him and Luffy should still have more endurance than her at this level + his power doesn't have a time limit.

Zoro vs Blake: Zoro mid diff. Zoro - prior to East Blue saga - was a bounty hunter who specialized in human on human combat and was trained from childhood to wield his blade. While he doesn't have protection from bullets like Luffy, his attacks are more likely to cripple Blake and he is not troubled by any speed differences. Clones shouldn't be a big problem with his three sword style.

Sanji vs Yang: Yang mid diff, Sanji can't take her out and he will bear the brunt of her getting stronger with each hit he uses. Plus, he doesn't quite have the fighting experience of Zoro.

Usopp vs Weiss: With morals off, this is just cruel and unusual...

^Pretty much this, but I'm not sure what you mean by Ruby's power having a time limit.

Weiss could probably take out current Usopp.

Ruby has two things that can run out: Aura and stamina. Luffy just has stamina. Ruby's own stamina is essentially tied to her attack potency and she uses it up much faster than Luffy would.

During this point in One Piece RWBY could blitz if speed is unequalized. It seems kind of unfair that speed is equalized given that Ruby's Semblance is speed.

If this were a team vs team match though, RWBY would probably win due to their better combination attacks.

It's true that one piece bullets are useless against Luffy, but RWBY technology is a little bit better. If Ruby has access to dust, she can use ice bullets or flame bullets. That would give he quite an advantage against a man made of rubber.

Personally I thought One Piece was pretty bad until War of the Best or Marinefords arc. The current arcs are okay but the tension just isn't quite as high. RWBY was great overall, and each episode didn't have any kind of filler.

If Blake has acess to dust, she should be able to take it with high difficulty. Blake was able to slice through missiles with her air slash, while Zoro kind of got injured by a gun (In RWBy apparently guns can't kill you if you have Aura even a direct hit). Basically Blake can use fire clones which explode or ice clones to trap his swords. Black also has a technologically advanced gun which would probably injure Zoro.

As for Yang, she beat tifa who is tier 4 (according to death battle, so obvious stomp), lol all jokes aside Yang would probably win due to her semblance. She's also a lot stronger than Sanji at this point (who only really kicked people where as Yang punched monsters)

And Weiss, yeah, no need to answer that.

Well, if morals were on, the straw hats would be more prone to fight each other than RWBY
