It was built to utilize the stones. Nothing supports it scaling to the full power of the stones. This is a principle we have with other powerful devices in fiction. If there's actual support that its durability scales to its AP, the proof has to actually be provided. You can't just say "because it uses the stones". Scaling with items like this isn't the same with how regular people scale to stuff in fiction
