Tbh, I really cannot see how Mr. Hugs is 9-B. He's a fricking vaccum cleaner. He's a liability risk because it could accidentally ram into a little kid and make them trip over. He's definitely 10-C.

As an actual animatronic, he should be considered this level as the only liability animatronic in the gang. You can get the animatronic lawsuits even if the only animatronics you have are trash and the gang, which would make him the cause.
