Wiping out every star in said galaxy? This is technically incorrect, as you can see in this image regarding the ritual.Azathoth the Abyssal Idiot said:Vitiate's ritual definitely destroyed more than organic life. They even mention the stars going dim. However, some things of note.
- The vision shown where the galaxy is destroyed is done to a dwarf galaxy.
- The ritual is not an omnidirectional blast. It basically wipes out every star in said galaxy, which is technically 4-B (or 4-A, if I'm misremembering).
Except that the stars are actually stated to go dim, not actually destroyed.Matthew Schroeder said:You are making wide speculation and clinging to the literal meaning of the words. What happens is that the stars are destroyed, and both galaxies are left with nothingness.
If Scourge does say that nothing remains of both galaxies, why do buildings, planets, and stellar structures still remain in the areas that the Ritual has touched?Matthew Schroeder said:No I'm not. Scourge them states that nothing would remain on both galaxies, which you blissfully omit.
Obviously not literal, as your interpretation of everything in the galaxy being erased is. Considering that even in the areas affected, planets and stellar structures remain intact instead of being crumbled apart.Matthew Schroeder said:This image of the people lying dead is obviously not literal, you once again utterly ignore the statement and visuals showing the galaxy being erased.
