Star-Lord could zone him out and keep him out of range with his jet boots, but Travis has his own ranged attacks as well.

I'm a supporter and there is a ranged attack that let Travis hit his opponent really sweet far away. Also Energy Projection is a thing.

Can you add that kind of range to his profile. Put it next to the Peony katana text or something. I need numbers.
