According to Ego, he and Star-Lord are both immortal

Star-Lord: Well, you may not be mortal, but me...

Ego: No, Peter... death will remain a stranger to both of us as long as the light burns within the planet.

Star-Lord: I'm immortal?

Ego: Yes! As long as the light exists.

Later interaction

Ego: Now, you need to readjust the way you process life. Everything around us, including the girl... everything is temporary. We are forever.

Peter also shows the capability to regenerate and has pretty much identical powers to Ego, who has immortality types 1, 3, and 8.

Ego also destroyed the fleet of ships that attacked the Milano with Energy Projection.

Is this for his Celestial key? Because that "light" got nuked by his squad, so his normal key definitely isn't getting it. I agree on Celestial Quill getting the other immortalities. The only difference between him and Ego was their experience and popculture references.

It's his Celestial key, as Ego specifically states that without his planet Star-Lord will be "just like everyone else", and it's stated/implied that his power is directly tied to the planet (the same reason for why he has immortality type 8).

Bump.

5 people have accepted this and it's relatively simple. It should be good to go.

I suppose that this should be fine for Star-Lord's powered state, yes.
