Lincoln gets a 5 minute head start to do what he wants in the battle mid fight and can call 4 more time outs that forces Spongebob to remain still and do nothing

Lincoln has all his sisters there to fight with him, and each one gets a shotgun or machine gun. Lincoln also has a chainsaw himself too

Lincoln is fully capable of breathing under water

It takes place in the monster infested cliff from the Spongebob movie

And Lincoln is allow to get help from the monsters

Lincoln also is allowed to have laser vision and a tank

Spongebob has so little arsenal, he is stripped down to the nude

Every 2 seconds spongebob is forcibly electrocuted by a jellyfish shock

Spongebob is also on fire constantly

Spongebob is his 10-C (below average) key

And his other arm and leg are currently broken
