Spider-Man General Discussion

Curiously, the console version of Spider-Man 3 has Spider-Man mention having fought Electro. Not sure if that would remotely support the GBA version being usable, but it seems worth mentioning at least considering Electro never appeared elsewhere in the Raimi games.

I'll have to check out the other thread later, as I'll be going to see Across the Spider-Verse in less than two hours.

I double checked and yeah, Electro only appears in the GBA version of 3. Not sure if it justifies it to be used here or not

Now that everything else has been figured out, the only thing left for Game Tasm Peter is Lifting Strength

I am once again asking for someone to calculate the Big Worm push

@AnAverageUsername I was discussing the crazy TASM Game feats with a friend and he mentioned that Connors mentioned that when Peter was out of commission, the only person strong enough to stop Smythe was The Lizard

Think about that

There’s likely some better LS feats to use
I don't thing there is any better LS feats considering Peter just straight up leg pushes it all away a considerable distance in like, a second.

yeah, the Lizard got stronger. But the only thing that makes me think is...

Peter beats Connors, maybe with some difficulties. So that's Peter > Lizard. However, in the enemy database, The Scorpion is said to be twice as strong as Peter, meaning it'd go like this (Scorpion >2x> Peter > Lizard). Yet, the only one that was strong enough to beat Smythe while Peter is out, is the Lizard. Hmmm....

Oh, I wasn't really trying to discuss that. I was more so commenting on how scaling via the S-01 really isn't that crazy when you consider that statement. Basically, Connors is saying that only guys like him and Peter have a chance of fighting back against Smythe and his Belgium hating robots

Oh, yeah, that makes more sense. It would be hard to find characters that scale fully to Peter and Connors though, as Peter usually casually beats every boss in the game. I mean, he can casually fling Rhino into the air without breaking a sweat. The only other one I see coming close is Electro and Carnage, and both of them still couldn't make Peter break a sweat even when they're bloodlusted.

Kingpin somehow outscales in Durability, Peter can't actually hurt him normally. Unless he's holding back.

That S-01 statement definitely made me raise an eyebrow, especially as someone who has a friend who lives in Belgium, though it is pretty funny that it could put TASM game characters above Injustice Superman.

As a note, I thought Across the Spider-Verse was amazing, maybe even spectacular.

Fr why is it so specific????? Like, I don't doubt it can do something like that if its pretty much a Metal Gear, but....why Belgium....?

IIRC Carnage is stronger than Peter. I'll figure out how certain scaling plays out when I focus on that though

The Official Strategy Guide for Spider-Man 3 also has a section dedicated to the Wii/PlayStation 2, so similar to the PC version of Spider-Man 2, it can likely can used

Also, interestingly, in the special thanks for this guide, its said that they have several members from Activision who worked on the games correct any inaccuracies that were made, grant approvals, etc. Just further proof of their involvement. Although these guides are already official and have Activision's name slapped on the front so, yeah

That's quite a lot of effort for a video game strategy guide
