Doesn't Sans still got basic soul manipulation to help out? Last I checked, hes not just exclusive to KR

R1: They'll both be too busy trolling and making Kyon's life a walking meme.
R2 case 1: Haruhi not knowing her powers is kind of undefined. She might unknowingly kill zap him out of existance the moment the fight starts.
R2 case 2: Sans can attack well beyond hyperspeed; he could kill Haruhi by shoving her in concrete a million times and stabbing her with bones. Haruhi cannot react to that. I'd say this is more likely, given that he could do all of this before her brain can comprehend what's going on.
I'll give it to Sans.

Sans. While Haruhi may have more AP, she doesn't even know she has it. Even if she did, Sans would have killed her ten times over before she can even react because of his speed.
