Of course, Im aware that Steve's Type 9 isnt even combat applicable. He just gets BFR'd out upon dying. Since this is base Steve, he doesnt have much range options, whereas the Pixel Gunner's range is literally based on guns. So, Pixel Gunner range-spams and takes the W. My vote therefore goes to the Pixel Gunner.
