He probably does via dark factor resistance, special ki manipulation page. However this is mind control, not destruction I think.

Also, Goku resists DF and DK which can send people from one point of time to another [on a 2-A range] and resists thier sealing, bfr and space manip. This could potentially help him against sonic's temporal nuke.

Anyways, I'm personally leaning towards Sonic rn. That Temporal Nuke is a nasty one and I don't think that resisting mind control lets you resist your mind getting destroyed
