I think that the chair stuff should also be removed from the other keys aside from his original body because it's also not there in speed, striking strength, and durability, and he rarely ever uses it after getting possessing Becky.
"Below Average Human level, At least Wall level with Chair, Small City level with Forcefields (Using the Forcefields, Marlize was able to keep DeVoe out, despite him having the powers of all the bus metas)"
What do we do with his forcefield on other keys, and since when did DeVoe use KF's cold powers? And what's wrong with chair healing?
Like i said, he doesn't really use the Chair (which makes the forcefields) with his other keys, with the exception of Dominic. DeVoe used Melting Point's powers to absorb KF's powers, but he also gave them to himself, which also means he's advanced on MP's powers. Nothing, it just hasn't been added despite being in the OP.
Edit: I interpreted it wrong. I believe that he froze a room. I'll find it later.
What needs to be added (let me know if it's already there)
Dominic Lanse tab
-mind manipulation/telepathy (Can alter people's memories, invade and read their minds, as well as being able to hear the thoughts of those around him)
-technological manipulation (Can sense and control any form of technology by "infecting" it with his own biological encryption, changing and mutating it)
-portal creation
-sound manipulation (can project sound waves, can also take any sound source and amplify its sound, as shown when he made a screaming guard shout sonic waves)
-density manip is probably gravity (can increase or decrease a person's weight without contact, can exert hundreds of pounds of gravitational force on a person's lungs, can utilize his abilities in a telekinetic fashion
-elasticity at the atomic level (nigh invulnerability too?)
-matter manipulation
-luck manip (quantum level)
-MFTL+ reaction/thought speed (by effortlessly reading the Flash's mind, he could defeat him in combat untouched)
most of the abilities you listed are already there, though not defined as well.
Density manipulation was chosen over gravity manipulation because Caitlyn specifically stated that Null's power was affecting the density of Barry.
Btw, about Dominics tab.... I actually was the one who removed it since he did not do anything notable in that form. Though I'm fine with adding it back if necessary.
You can just do (previous body-hop) + Dominic Lanse
As for density manipulation, in the penultimate episode of the season, DeVoe said he was exerting gravitational force. Seeing how he's the smartest in the show and the actual person with the abilities, we should take his word.
I agree with the Gravity Manipulation, but think it could also be both.
Telepathy is already there, Technological Manipulation is there, albiet without the justification, Portal Creation is not there, i believe this is due to the justification for HDM, but i think both will suit. Elasticity is there, but not as Atomic Control, i don't think invulnerability is there though. Sound Manipulation is there, but i think the justification should be added. There's no matter manipulation. There's luck manipulation.
Tbf, when the Flash started to not think he blitzed DeVoe.
It also makes more sense with the way he directly increased the weight of the Debris of the Satellite, and made people float without constant activation.
The thread hasn't been bumped in a while and DeVoe's profile still isn't complete.
The powers to be added are Resistance to Mind Control for being able to notice Barry Allen in the one way mental connection, thought speed that is, at the very minimum, comparable to Barry, Possession via Kilgore's powers as well as Immortality type 8, Healing on a low level because his chair healed Marlize's broken arm in hours, and relativistic reactions with Telepathy.
There's also the weaknesses; his possessions can eject him, his mind can be deleted when he possesses technology, and his telepathy can be bypassed by focusing on different thoughts.
DeVoe says "Another use of Mr. Deacon's powers, technological reincarnation." So he did use his powers to possess the chair and it was willingly and a conscious effort.
To me at least, Type 8 implies that a character would naturally come back to life as long as an object allows it and thus cannot be killed in the conventional sense unless that object is destroyed.
DeVoe being able to escape into an object to avoid dying isn't really the same thing as his life and death being dependent on that object, like it would be for a type 8 character.
