I'm aware of those feats but do we have any value for them? Maybe the racing car can work if we know the model of the car and use real life values but the others require calcs and I don't think they would get actually good values

Invulnerability≠Durability.
That argument falls on NLF.
That argument doesn't work for scaling him above Sabbac since he is a demon and the invulnerability doesn't work against demons.

Let's split Lucifer's profile into two keys, a series key and an Arrowverse key. Let the series key consist of his feats and the Arrowverse key hold this scaling.

The Series key holds only its own abilities, and the Arrowverse key holds abilities from both the series and scaling.

Speed we can go with knife throwing speed values on common calcs page considering Maze is superhuman its a low ends. Superhuman

Found a problem with Azrael, she has no fighting scenes so i put her as

Unknown, likely at least Wall level (Likely comparable to her brothers Uriel and Remiel),

By my accounts that's hypersonic+ flight speed so sure I guess

So apperently it was Lucifer who powerd the Flaming Sword and is what makes it so powerful atleast to showrunner.

Also possible weather manipulation that covers L.A could be possible as lucifer creates storm/rains with his emotions.

No, Lucifer triggering the sword to go in flames doesn't mean he scale with the power of the sword.
As for the storm was only made by God we have no reason to believe Lucifer can do the same thing as he is not omnipotent like his father, by no means would he scale to any of that which would contradict pretty much anything in the show.
