For MultiVersus, I have found that Bugs Bunny has performed a feat (kicking a vault) which can be used to scale to every MultiVersus characters.

That and the story cutscene from the trailer which is referenced in game, it's apparent these characters have their own histories with one another and have had interactions in their own respective worlds and some have crossed over prior it seems

Can Lebron's dunk slam (1:32) that is strong enough to create shockwaves count as a feat? Or it could be just hax as it applies an statistic reduction effect to the opponent?

Nah an attack can still have hax elemenrs it'd probably just be ass to calc and I sorta destrucitve elements like an effect for ground cracking or tiny rubble

Understandable, I'm still new to all of this, and I am not really good at making calcs about feats.

There's definitely not, and I'm pretty sure that in a game like this every character scales to each other and are comparable.

Velma is weaker than Shaggy because she’s worthless without glasses… like WHAT?!

Also the tiers in that vid have pretty much the same definitions on CSAP as on VSBW.

So i just saw the Reindog profile,
looks good but:

• Why he doesn't have energy manipulation?
• Why he doesn't have electricity manipulation (with crystal) by himself?

• (Including the states they produce, Shocked if it hits an opponent, Electrified if it hits an ally)= Status Effect Inducement and limited Power Bestowal

• Why he doesn't have fire manipulation by himself?
