After all, energy shaped like bolts is rather common in fiction.

Disagree on Goku spinning, as he never really reflected anything, and deflecting is still different.

Disagree with stealth mastery as well, he's not using any stealth skill at all, it's just mastery over his own chi, which in turn is dependant on the ability of other characters to sense it.

You don't need to harm others to have minor electricity manipulation. In the anime the same type of electricity used by Buu shocked Vegeta. In the Saiyan's case it would barely be combat applicable for obvious reasons

Agree 100% with Status inducement. I feel that there really should be a better term for this than Stealth Mastery, as he has no applicable stealth skill's, he just can suppress his presence well, but in lack of a better alternative as far as I know, agree.
