should whis, vados, and daishinkan get an upgrade?

ok, beerus is already considered a tier 3-A and we know that whis is 50% superior to beerus, shouldn't that make whis a low 2-C and we also know that whis and vados are almost equal in power so if whis gets an upgrade surely vados would get it. and then finally the daishinkan, who whis even admitted that he couldn't/wouldn't even touch him if they were to fight, meaning he is above whis by a wide margen, so wouldn't that make him a 2-C? what do you people think?

Tier 2 doesn't work like that. Tier 2 requires you to destroy space-time, which no DB character (Besides Zen'o) can do.

That's not how it works. You can be thousands of times stronger than a 3-A, you will still be 3-A unless you can destroy an entire space-time continuum.
