Should Prime Hiruzen be at least High 7-A?

On quora, it was asked of Prime Hiruzen vs Minato, and a lot of the answers point to Hiruzen being the winner due to these some of these justifications I've gathered from reading the answers:

• Minato was in his 20s when he died, which is around a man's prime, and Hiruzen was almost 60 at the time. Considering that he has the statements of being the most powerful Hokage and revered as the Professor, it's not unfair to assume he was stronger than Minato at that age too
• The claims that Hashirama was the only to stop Madara were made when Hiruzen was dead or an old Edo
• Hiruzen knows all the jutsu in Konoha, which implies knowing the Flying Thunder God
• He is never stated to be inferior to Minato
• Managed to free Naruto from tree and stalemate Obito

I could dig for more justifications, but it's taking long enough to create this thread as it is, I'll just let everyone look at the post themselves to come up with their own judgement

Prime Hiruzen should just be:
At least [insert whatever the Five Kage are. Insert that he's much more powerful than his old self, and is capable of defeating Orochimaru], likely/possibly far higher [insert him being the strongest Hokage in history].

Should Minato be considered?

Well, Minato isn't fully High 7-A+ atm, only possibly High 7-A+, so he doesn't matter too much for Prime Hiruzen.
Although, Minato may get upgraded to full High 7-A+ in the future, so we'll see.
