Should CW Zoom speed be upgraded? (spoiler alert)

Zoom absorbed Flash's speed in episode 18. We know Flash became 4x as fast after wearing the Tachyon device, and his final speed was Mach 13.2 (as he was previously Mach 3.3). Zoom was able to keep up with Flash even after Flash wore the Tachyon device, and he phased out and ran away after Barry stunned him.

So should Zoom be Mach 26.4 (ie. 2x as fast as Barry) post absorption of Barry's speed? Discuss

Yeah wasn't it stated by Wells that Zoom's base speed was 4 times that of Barry's BEFORE he stole Barry's speed?

Yeah I think so, but I don't remember what episode it was from

It was stated that zoom was i think either 3 or 4 or 4 or 5 times faster than barry (leaning towards it being 4 times though and barry was mach 2 then so zoom was at least mach 8) before barry got faster with the tachyon. But barry with the tachyon device was faster than zoom and zoom absorbed his speed so zoom should be faster.
