There's basically nothing Buggy can do to win this. Doppelman is untouchable and Moriah can use it any way he wants to trap Buggy in box form and even pierce him like a giant spear. It wouldn't be difficult for Moria to overpower Buggy's shadow and cut it if the Doppelman restrained him. Moriah also teleports and is far more skilled in combat, he low-diffs at best.

I would give the advantage to Moria. Moria's DF powers make him a formidable opponent. Although Moria is restricted in his Base Key, he still has the ability to manipulate shadows with his DF power, which allows him to create powerful zombies and even absorb the shadows of his opponents to increase his own strength. Buggy on the other hand has the ability to detach his body parts and control them remotely but this power is limited in combat situations.

Moreover, Moria's combat experience and strategic thinking also give him and edge over Buggy. Buggy, while crafty and cunning, often relies on his luck and the incompetence of his opponents to gain an advantage in battle. In terms of endurance and durability, both Moria and Buggy have shown impressive feats, but Moria's size and strength as a giant zombie make him a formidable opponent in close combat.

Therefore i believe that Gecko Moria would win this battle due to his Devil Fruit powers, combat experience, and strategic thinking.
