How does that help at all. This is a 7-C vs a 9-A, the Ice King's 7-C ap isn't combat applicable. Armstrong can actually kill the Ice King via slightly moving.

What's the mindhax like?

I believe it's a grenade the Ice King has to throw so either Armstrong throws it right back or Ice King explodes before he can use it because Armstrong looked at him too hard.
