Thanos has Genius intelligence and greater range with Energy Projection, so I'd imagine he could figure out that the End Crystals heal Jean and destroy them before attacking Jean from a distance when she can't attack him

I am not convinced on intelligence. Looper seems to have genius intelligence, but not really battle-wise. Mostly non-battle wise, let's say. But I guess the plan works.
And once she sits in the center of the End, he'll have to aproach, since lasers probably won't work (??). Her fire balls and breath attacks are near-instant kill via acid, and she can hide in the island via intangibility.
I'd still vote for her for having better odds, but following for now.

I am relatively knowledgeable on Fortnite. And I can say Thanos' main advantage is the range of his laser. But aside from that, the Ender Dragon has more advantages, like you said, that give her better odds over Thanos
