As far as I can see, the feat “SCP-682 developed resistance to 3812 narrative abilities and summoned anafabulas” has been deleted.

However, now there is a new feat to scale SCP-682 to SCP-3812. SCP-3812 and SCP-682 had broken every rule that was laid down for all things, overcome all the potestates that govern the world. SCP-682's Hume level couldn't be measured by any Kant counter and other means of reality counting. The clear reason why this occurred is still unknown, but it is theorized that the anomaly's pataphysical ontology became similar to that of SCP-3812, although no other type of narrakinetic and ontokinetic properties were noted.
SCP-682 will ignite SCP-3812 (“the other ones beyond” links to SCP-3812's article).

From the first glance, I bet it won't affect much in tier 1 SCP, but it will bloat the tier 0, specifically Pickman's proposal and above.

It's in the profile. Basically the narratives transcends the system of higher dimensions of lower narratives, and manipulating reality of lower narrative from the higher one completely differs from manipulating reality from higher dimension of the lower narrative.
