5800 isn't actually Infosphere. It just an alternate conceptual space adjacent to the Noosphere. It's not actually higher than the Noosphere either. imagine if Human Noosphere was a ball, then 5800 is just another ball but the content inside was more violent located beside the Noosphere. The inhabitants of 5800 normally can't trespass the boundary between 5800 and the Noosphere, the only one that can do that freely was just SCP-3125. Some managed to go inside the Noosphere, but due to it's nature as predatory idea, it can easily assimilates human ideas inside the Noosphere who actually lack resistance to such invader.

The Scarlet King and many gods are already stated to exist beyond every afterlife setting, it could be another explanation for type concept hax for many other gods. And also in the article, those layers are all trascendended by the realm of absolute perfection, thus making any being that inhabits the realm baseline Boundless.
