In the powers and ablities sections of Beerus, I saw some powers that I was not aware that Beerus had, and after researching them, I could simply not find them.

Could I see the evidence for Precognition, Mid-Low Regenerationn, and resistance to empathetic manipulation?

Precognition is likely due to his dream of the ssj god, empathic manipulation is him not being affected by ribrianne's abilities. Don't know about his regen.

As Glassman stated, Precognition comes from Beerus' dreams about the Super Saiyan God (would fall more under Clarivoyance to be honest) and Resistance to Empathic Manipulation probably comes from Ribrianne.

Mid-Low Regen comes from recovering a scratch that he received during his fight with Goku.

I agree with Antvasima.

This is a problem with character profiles in general, as evidence is not posted but links to the powers.

While it is usually fine, as I can just search up the haxxes and find them on Reddit, or G+, this was one of the few cases I couldn't.

I'll look through the Beerus revision threads to see if I can find them. But I can personally confirm these despite not being an active supporter of Dragon Ball.
