Interesting, I've seen both anime, but it feels like kind of an awkward matchup. Although, I would agree with going with Gray because of his versatility in combat and ingenuity with his ice maker magic, not to mention Ice-Devil slayer magic can't be melted by normal heat. Gray also has more range, so I'd say he has an advantage in that respect, since with Speed equalized, Satsuki can't blitz him. So, my vote goes to Gray since speed is equalized.
