Kira via Stray Cat air bomb, Sans only seems to dodge just enough to evade an attack, which wouldn't be good for Sans as Kira fights by turning things into bombs, the air bomb is already hard to see, and the explosion has a range of a few meters, and Stray Cat can also attack on it's own as well, meaning several air bubbles can be fired while only one of them is turned into a bomb, not to mention that Kira can also control the air bombs

kira wins because stray cats air bomb is invisble well nigh because hayato was able to see it sans can dodge melee attacks but can he dodge range explosion attacks plus one explosion is enough to kill sans
