The Sword can weaken enemy by just it's mere Presence, it should be able to do something to her.

Hmm.
The Sword should be able to open up a Portal to Zone of Silence which is A BFR Ability.
If that doesn't work then the Sword can use it's Conceptual Manipulation.
And the reason for her to use this is because the Sword can see the future so she can do the most optimal move.
