Akainu is portarayed as the stronger admiral but I think kizaru has the devil fruit advantage so I don't really know. I think inconclusive.

I think Akainu would win, as he's portraied as the strongest and ultimately won against Aokiji
Lightspeed and light beams (assuming haki can be applied to laser beams) would definitely be a problem, but I see Akainu winning after a very difficult and exhausting fight, just like in his clash with Aokiji.
