Saitama is willing to kill, but it's also in character or the same thing as the anime battle.
This is clearly a combination made to lean towards Boros, but as far as I know, it's not against the rules.

Via hitting the moon, Boros's prior knowledge would have him punt Saitama not to the moon and instead to the sun or to plain space

It's a High 6-A hitting a tier 8/7 and not murdering them immediately. Boros is 6-A. He's not dying immediately and thus will have a chance to punt Saitama to the sun.

It should absolutely not be closed. The advantages it gives to Boros are perfectly acceptable, Saitama ending up losing is just the logical result of them.
