Saitama is faster and even he can use enough tatical thinking to defeat such a dumb opponent. The ogre has more powers, but when push comes to shove he isn't above any monster Saitama took down at that time.

It seems to be "possibly Intangibility", as it's not explained and there's no reason to believe the Ogre is smart enough to use it. Also, why would a single decent hit finish off Saitama, who's taken several powerful blows to the head and fought on?
