Saitama: Faster than light?

@Surname It wouldn't have been a good fight if Garou was speedblitzing Boros as if he were frozen. Also this was said in response to "Who would win between Boros and Garou". So he's obviously saying that in the context of them being fairly close to one another.

Also Boros landed multiple attacks on Saitama, actually impressed Saitama with his power, and should logically be superior to his subordinate.

But ONE literally stated that Boros can't tag Garou in combat

ONE never stated that Boros has no chance of touching Garou. He simpy said that Garou is superior in close combat. Likely due to Garou's martial arts, instead of having superior speed.

One apparently said Garou could avoid his punches and kicks, but that doesn't really prove anything, A) Garou could dodge blows from Saitama by tracking his movements, and B) He said he could avoid them, not dodge all of them. He also specifically says generally avoid.

Isn't it more like, Boros specializes in range bombardment while Garou would be likely to win more on range combat? Could be either equal in stats but Garou's technique is just too good.

ONE never states that Garou is utterly untouchable to Boros. He said that it'd be a really good fight, with Garou having the advantage in hand to hand. Meaning Boros is comparable yet inferior to Garou. Boros isn's far, far below Garou.

Also again there's the fact that Boros is obviously superior to Geryuganshoop, and put up a far, far better fight against Saitama than he did,
