Ok, I'm going to attempt to clean up some stuff about Sailor Moon bit by bit. Let's start off with Jadeite's Dimension. It's pretty safe to say that the feat is pretty...unreasonable. But I'll go over it and point out why it's controversial.
So the first argument was that: it was part of her transformation. : Though Usagi had already transformed before going into Jadeite's Dimension.
The second argument was that: it was part of her "In the name of the moon" speech. I believe this a good reasoning. As shown in these these two scans, : here and : here, the backround of the moon is shown accompanied with stars. Now, there was reasoning that the backround in Jadeite's Realm that there were no stars and is a replication of the night sky. I have to say that even if there were stars, both are drawn in a cartoonish style that would seem as visual effects. You know, stuff that you would find in clipart. Others argument included that the Dimension was incredibly unstable as Usagi's Sonic Scream was effecting it, Rei was able to burn it down in her first appearance and not knowing the full proportions of the realm. Though I think the second argument is the most reasonable.

So in going back through the manga, I came across Kunzite freezing Tokyo, in which i did a : calculation and posted it as a blog. In summation, it comes out to City Level with a possible chance of being Country Level ( though that may be too much of a stretch. )
This would serve base for the Sailor Moon verse and would apply to: Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter , Venus (as they killed Kunzite in a combined attack panels later), Kunzite himself and possibly the rest of the Four Generals. Though Sailor Moon's base should be Large Star Level due to the power of the Silver Crystal.

Accompanied with that, I was wondering if I could reform Sailor Gaurdian's keys as personally, I find it too confusing to which versions they correspond to. I think we should we should replace it with the name of the arcs/saga like with the DBZ profile key.
For example, Sailor Moon's new profile would look like this:
Tier: High 4-C | 4-B | likely 3-C | likely 3-C | 3-B, High 3-A when enraged | Low 2-C | Low 2-C
Key: Dark Kingdom Arc | Black Moon Arc | Infinity Arc | Dream Arc | Stars Arc | Neo Queen Serenity/Lambda Usagi | Sailor Cosmos
This would apply to the other Sailors with the exclusion of the last one of course.
