RWBY: Ozpin shouldn't have the +.

To the point I go.

Ozpin is rated at Mountian level+ in his prime because he spilt his power up amoung the 4 Maidens. However, Mountain level+ starts at 600 Megatons, and, multiplying Raven's stormfeat, 84 Megatons, by 5 only gets 420 Megatons. Meanwhile... It starts at 550 Megatons.

Now, yes, the feat was indeed casual. However, Casual... Ness... Isn't quantifiable, so it can't necessarily be used to justify a plus.

And, he does say that his powers are dwindling, but... That's kinda vauge. He doesn't say by how much overtime. Or anything of the like at all.

Really, we only have proof for an "at least" rating, rather then a + due to how vauge it is.

Yes it was a thousand, he lived through several thousand lives before we saw him. Even after being weakened that much he was able to fight Cinder on mostly even grounds, meaning in his prime he would be immensely superior to the form that fought Cinder.

Just saying, if Prime Ozpin is indeed 7-A+, then DMC1 Dante, Nelo Angelo and Nero should be "At least Large Town level+", since the feat they scale from was also casual and it's only around 10 kilotons away from baseline High 7-C+.

But as of this thread, I'm not entirely okay with the "+" myself.
