Russia Attack Potency Upgrade due to Environmental Destruction

In the Anime, Hetalia: Axis Powers. Russia has the ability to summon general winter, who can create very destructive winter storms, blizzards, ect. General Winter is a reference to Russia's dangerously cold winters (obviously). Since a Enviromental Destruction thread was made, I think that this would be good pratice on an example to how this would affect Attack Potency.


Now, General Winter has been said to being able to topple several large armines (assisting Russia of course) now. As for the range of this attack. There is none provided. However if we were to use a historical point of view on this. We could use Germany's Eastern Front Push towards Russia from WW2.

I am not sure how you would calculate how long and large this front is (can't find a specific calc) but here is a picture

Wiki states he is as much as a personification as a country. There are spirits in Hetalia, however they are usually stated to be so. But the only characters who have any dealing with spirits are Britain and Norway.

Well, I don't mean the traditional actual summoning like magic or some thing. I would think of it as a Trump Card or Last Resort. In the only appearance we see in the anime Russia only yelled "Help me" as he was being ganged up on and General Winter appeared. However to no effect as the nordics were used to cold weather.

Yeah with General Winter it really isn't the same though.

Like, Russia just can't summon General Winter like Minato, Naruto and Jiraiya summon Gamabunta. It seems like it's more of a "force" (weather) that protects Russia and given the fact that the Hetalia wiki states he is capable of toppling large armies, it is suggested that Russia uses this to his advantage offensively.
