Rumia (Touhou Project) vs. Admiral Borsalino Kizaru (One Piece)

Darkness or Light, the Youkai of Darkness has been seen eating a Celestial Dragon (and doing the world a favor), causing the Admiral to be called in. Will the most adorable Youkai previal? Or will Borsalino stop her from continuing?

Location - Sabaody Archipelago

Bloodlusted

Starting distance - 14 meters

Victory by any means

No prep

R1 - Speed Unequalized

R2 - Speed Equalized

Hm... Rumia doesn't have that much mean of attack against him at all. But overall, it should be her win, I guess?

Is it possible for Rumia's darkness to be able to hit Kizaru? I would assume so given that Dark is usually Light's elemental weakness (and thus would render the Logia user touchable)?

If so, then:

R1: Rumia blitzes

R2: Kizaru, his logia intangibility will definitely help against the Danmaku (although I don't recall him ever having experience against barrages of projectiles), much smarter, better Regenerationn, swordsmanship, and superior AP (High 6-C vs 6-C), and the fact that Rumia can't exactly see in the dark definitely helps Borsalino.

Not sure if he goes down that fast. Won't he be able to go intangible first?

Hmm, wouldn't him lighting up the darkness around her help Rumia though? I think?

Not sure if that's how it works.

Pretty sure that Darkness magically created > Natural Lighting

Like his ability shouldn't light it up more than the rays of the sun do.

R1 - Would be a blitz, but Rumia has no way to put Kizaru down. Inconclusive.

R2 - Kizaru absolutely destroys Rumia due to stat difference, Logia dispersion and regen, a higher level skilled fighter (more versatile in this field as well), and that he can attack with physical strikes and does not require his light powers to harm his opponent.

Also, admitting that Rumia has no way to attack Kizaru, but voting for her anyways? Bravo @Andy
