Rumble McSkirmish vs Akuma? Nah, I Actually Meant Rumble vs The Hammer

So yeah, this might be a little crazy. So, we have Rumble McSkirmish, who is meant to be a parody of Ryu (who, in Street Fighter, went about taking the most powerful warriors around the world), against The Hammer: the final boss of some beat em' up Rigby and Mordecai played. The Hammer is as cheap as Akuma (hence the silly title), one-shotting player characters that look like standard-grade thugs (and I'm pretty sure one of them is Wierd Al Yankovich):

Rumble McSkirmish isn't an average thug; he's more of a martial artist. I think Rumble can handle The Hammer better than a pair of thugs could. Without further ado, these are the 11-A versions of Rumble and The Hammer and no furniture is present.

Hammer is said to be invulnerable to everything execpt furniture he's also stronger & faster I say Hammer.
Err, I checked and Invulnerability is one of the examples of NLF. How are we certain if Rumble, a guy stronger than two regular thugs, can't damage The Hammer?
