All the evidence can be found during the episode The Fight. Nicole might actually be stronger than Rumble. If not normally, then surely when she gets angry and becomes stronger. Nicole can do acrobatic movement while Rumble can't even look up. Along with being more skilled than Rumble, I think Nicole would win this battle, so I vote for her winning.
