I would like to address first that those translations we're translated by me i checked the hiragana and kanji of those translation and for the longer translations although I use deepl cause i get lazy i proof read it and also check the kanji's and corrected it if there is mistranslation, but after couple of translation i stopped doing japanese translation and i have not translated japanese since 2022 as far as i remember
 
and if there is another problem or report that you all want to address I would like to have it all address now cause I'm busy IRL(that's all good night to some of you i need to sleep)

sorry I didn't read all of the complains so I'm gonna addressing the issues here

1. The "I'll let you go" Issue

The original line "놓칠 것 같으냐!" was translated as "Did you really think I'd let you escape?!" This was meant to reflect the challenging, confrontational tone of the sentence rather than being a word-for-word translation. However, if the strict meaning of "놓치다" (to miss, to lose hold of) was misinterpreted, I acknowledge that. A more neutral alternative could be:
"Did you think you could slip away?!"

2. "차원" (Dimension) vs. "틈새" (Crack, Gap, Rift)

You're absolutely right that 차원 (chawon) means "dimension" and 틈새 (teumsae) means "gap" or "crack." "Rift" tends to suggest a large tear or break, which might be too strong here. Instead, I’d revise it to:
"A crack in the dimension."

3. The Issue with "꼬리" in Rakan's Smile

"입꼬리" literally means "the tail of the mouth" (입 = mouth, 꼬리 = tail), but in natural English, "the corners of the mouth" is the best equivalent. The previous translation "Rakan's lips curled into a smile" was chosen for natural readability, but for full accuracy, it could be:

Final Verdict

Yes, there were areas to refine, and I welcome that criticism.

No, this was not an MTL output—every word choice and sentence structure was considered carefully.

I try to get the translations as close to accurate as possible while keeping them natural and fluent. If I leaned too much into readability in some cases, I’m happy to fine-tune it for closer accuracy.

I only did about four translations before stopping since I was busy and felt stressed from being accused of something I didn’t do. I won’t bother helping with translations anymore.

Your post starts off with a big grammar issue in "gonna addressing", and ends with some weird grammar issues in "here Its up to the staffs", but in-between that is filled with uncannily good grammar and spelling. And not just that, it really has the vibe of LLM-speak.

Trying to stay on topic, but this part is nearly identical to when I ask an AI for HW help when I'm too lazy to do hw on my own. It always says You're absolutely right that (Or nearly identical) and then proceeds to give explanations and finally gives a new answer that might still be wrong. Also, are you sure you are not using AI?

I dunno man. You say you care about accuracy and improvement, but you still use MTLs. This sounds extremely suspicious. Professional translators have studied years of experience with their language. And I am full Korean. I can tell that these works were easily MTL'd. I'll let the rest of the staff decide.
 
Tempestdragon6 admitted the use of MTL when translating scans which in turn can lead to their misuse and the creation of CRTs with erroneous content and that itself is a rule violation and he committed it in more than 1 occasion.

And which is even worse, he even used AI to generate a response against Ritsu's report which IMo already worsen the current situation.

I already have my verdict which is a ban, but it's up to the decide here the length of it.

This does not detract at all from the matter at hand, if I go little by little over an interval of time adding things to profiles that shouldn't be there going unnoticed to the eyes of others that is considered vandalism, and if I get caught, then my entire violation count should be taken into account when rendering a verdict.

So yeah, this is my response to the mstter.

While there was a partial admission, they mostly excused it and pretended they largely didn't use MTL.

So I agree that the situation has been worsened; they're trying to cover up their actions. I'd prefer a 3 month ban, but aren't staunchly opposed to it being moved towards a year.

I kinda disagree. We should treat someone who committed 5 offences and was warned 4 times differently than we should someone who committed 5 offences and was warned 0 times.

I think it's a misrepresentation to just say "They've been doing it for 3 years!" when they spent large periods of that time off the site. If someone had actually been actively translating multiple things a week this way for 3 years that would be significantly worse.

I guess I'll ping @ProfessorKukui4Life and @Bobsican by request. His first few posts didn't sound so bad, but yeah, some of his later posts and he is entitled to his opinion (In fact, I agree with a few of his points) did sound quite obnoxious later down the line. And indeed there was quite a bit of rage baiting regarding Pokemon.

The 3 month ban for Tempest Dragon as proposed above also sounds right to me.

Looking at the OP of this thread, he has openly admitted to deliberately generating spite and that he is "Going back to his old ways" which was what Kukui, Strym, and others reported him and made a post proposing his permanent ban in the first place. Starting here for reference.
 
There's also all the stuff he said in the Pokemon general discussion thread.
He already moves onto lower insults and condescending attitude on page 129 (#5141, 5153)
Next page, first messages he insults Strym telling him that his credibility is gone and he's only good for wanking arceus. He also... Calls me a digimon fan? Like it's an insult? Plays into his hatred for digimon ig. He also says he won't debunk the wank because it benefits him which is rather funny.
He later proceeds to discover opinions exist.
Says all Strym does is ***** about his profiles (for reference the profiles in question basically tried to overwrite canon by saying the ending of a mainline game isn't canon because of third party gacha game lore, it had every right to be criticized)
Says 99% of pokemon debaters are idiots.
From then on out Jinx and Sean went on a debate where they constantly insulted each other back and forth which I believe I already reported above and they were told to chill.

Still, this does show that Sean is very confrontational, that he hates digimon and digimon fans with a passion and more.

Fixed the links, here's more stuff

Claims Jinx got Pokemon Masters noncanon with no proof. There was, in fact, proof, some of it being the simple fact that side games by third parties shouldn't overwrite mainline lore as if it didn't happen, something that should be obvious. It also wasn't even decanonized, it was just treated as literally every other third party game. He continues his condescending attitude and claims here.
More insults to digimon fans here.

Do note that what I am reporting is what I think is truly unfairly said. There's a ton of stuff that is report-worthy in the back n forth between Jinx and Sean for both of them but I am not bringing it up rn cause you people can see it anyways and this is a report specifically on sean, not anyone else. If anyone wants to go over the back n forth and make a report for Jinx as well then its not my business.

It sounds like reinstating his permanent ban is simply the best course of action. His ban was lifted less than a year ago; and lasted about 3 years before hand. And if even that isn't enough to shape up his behavior, permaban is just the logical conclusion.
