I agree. I'm not opting for any huge gesture of permaban or anything, but just letting that off is weird.

That was from over 3 months ago.

I doubt he holds the same mentality given his more recent behavior.
I agree about this. ProfessorLord has shaped up a lot.

Some staff member can give him a warning, but a ban would be overkill

So like, the "SuperGodzilla Kaiju King" dude is calling peeps "baboons" and "bias" cause things didn't go his way in a Versus Thread.
A strict warning seems warranted here. Possibly a brief ban, given how unreasonable he has been in Weekly's linked thread.

Asuka the Demonic Empress also got a bit hostile when things went against them. I don't want a ban but at least a warning to keep things civil.
Yet another warning to make an effort to be polite and respectful while visiting this wiki I think.

Don't get why you are advertising here.
Not advertising. It's a response to the discussion Mr. Bambu linked.

This user spammed a lot in chat. Now i was not smart to get the link to profile but the name is there. There is a likely sock of the spammer named https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/June.fbi so yeah...
Did somebody ban this guy?

Also, I would appreciate if an a staff member could give warning messages to the people that I mentioned earlier.

Btw: Gargoyle, I would recommend that you do not respond with that kind of language, as Fandom might take it badly.

It is probably best if you ask Promestein or Dragonmasterxyz to delete the thread completely.

As you wish. I like to think of it as taking up their time though, preventing them from annoying other people.

Then they are banned, here and on FC/OC?
How does responding to them prevent them from harassing other people? I meant respond to their blatant troll threads, not report them. Obviously they should be reported, but nothing comes out of "feeding the trolls" or responding to their threads in the manner Gargoyle did. The FANDOM staff already said they frown upon that.

@Asuka that's not violation report worthy, he even said that he's gonna make a revision questioning the legitimacy of those profiles.

I'm just going to say that's nowhere near breaking the rules. I didn't see Prof use any disrespectful tone.

Claiming you're making a CRT or asking to remove a profile isn't a personal threat in the slightest.

Message me on my wall if you'd like to continue discussing; don't want to have a discussion here.

I don't think that ProfessorLord was being rude in the latest report, nor that he threatened to delete any profile that Asuka makes. He seemed quite reasonable to me.

On the other hand, somebody should preferably give him (and the other people I mentioned earlier) a polite warning for the previous report.

It is the slur filter. You used the r-word in it.

It causes some problems for us, but it is better than well-behaved members getting banned due to hate-fuelled trolls reporting them to Fandom.

However, if it worked correctly you would receive a warning message.

I can't. The filter would stop it. And if it didn't, I would get permanently banned from Fandom.

If you cannot post something, you will have to use common sense.

Separating the letters is very stupid and would get you or me banned.

I have gone out of my way to prevent that from happening to as great degree as possible, by working hard with the filter, but I cannot stop people from walking in front of speeding cars either.

I think that writing the first letter and replacing the rest with "*******" or somesuch will probably not get you banned, but it is still better to not take any chances, and rather simply write n-word, c-word, r-word, etcetera, as politically correct standards demand of us here.

Just drop it. This wiki cant lose Ant or any of the Staff members due to stupid blunders right now. I know its frustrating to get censored like this, but like i said, getting someone banned over this will only further damage the wiki. As Ant said, try to tone down everything that can be offensive toward minority, like racism or sexism.

Evidence eh
User Numbnutzlol came to the wiki, has one edit, and they're opening with insulting the site and immediately claiming the Tiering system and powerscaling is ridiculous.

They came from r/characterrant to critique us after we quote-unquote "Flamed them", so they clearly have no good intentions here.

Also, this was their only edit; so they clearly have no intention of being productive here either.
