How?

He's only 4x stronger, that's not even AP stomp territory
Boros can easily melt large parts of his ship, which can withstand a jump of 23 petatons by Saitama.

I mean Godzilla's got the greater power advantage, endurance and would just keep regenerating. Boros' final attack might scar Godzilla but it's not enough to put him down, presuming Godzilla doesn't counter it with his spiral ray (which doesn't cause him to die when using it) so Godzilla would overpower and outlast Boros in this fight.

Why not the higher end? The calc ends with 58.6, and is accepted, and shows little room for error with the comparison of the Tsar being in the higher range of its yield by the calculations.

Because the low end is the end was accepted and the high end was not accepted. Its really not that hard to understand my dude.

Why? That seems to be a question you never seem able to answer without something that's just...blatantly ignorant. There must be a reason for not taking the higher end other than "just cuz" like was there an issue discovered? Flip a coin? It's a problem when you can't justify a decision.

Because it is, thats really all there is to say. The low end was accepted because its the more accurate result.

Anyway, point still stands, Boros would end himself by using the C.S.R.C. attack, meanwhile as previously stated Godzilla could withstand it without much of a need to heal (he tanked 4 blasts of Monster X's beams when they were roughly equal without even flinching and Godzilla's power also correlates to his durability) so Godzilla still outlasts him even with this stupidity out of the way.

You have to use the accepted calc. If you have an issue with it, bring it up in a CRT.

Boros via his AP advantange and far better Regenerationn.

One question, shouldn't Boros be able to easily melt Godzilla?
