@Everything12

Similar to the Zenki question what is your ruling on adaptability or other similar abilities (For example Garou's allows him to get stronger/ faster as the fight drags on and he develops some level of resistance to abilities (abilities like Tatsumaki's TK) that don't outright kill him throughout the course of a fight.

I don't know if Garou has his reactive evo due to his martial arts, but oh well.

Anyhow, what do you say about the Zenkai people get the low end of it?

Same a Zenki, exactly how it operates in canon.
hmm, well in canon he gets very significant buffs (One shot jumps, jumping from low 7-B to High 6-C, and from High 6-C to High 6-A ect) larger than what would be considered fair here so would equalizing them with the lowest Zenkai aka 33% increase be fine as it would be the most fair

For amyone wondering, the 33% Zenkai boost is from Vegeta after he got beat on Earth while the 3333x Zenkai boost is from Goku after he healed from the Ginyi fight

Reminder that power levels are by no means linear.

An increase of 33% could well mean an actual increase of several thousand times in AP.

Yeah that's pretty blatant but I doubt you want the us to have 1000x buffs every fight, so I don't see an issue using the lowest possible increase for stuff like this.

There's an amp cap for a reason.

Saying you get taken up to it or close to it with each one would be fine imo.

Ultimately up to the GM of course.
