Physical description: A group of multiple people in fancy suits, their faces being not entirely faces as it is literally just pitch-black. They obligate to hide that part with cone-heads that shine really bright light but the light more or less agitates people more than hurting them. Their representative is a young man with fair white skin, green eyes, and wearing a cool red jacket that covers their shirt. Pants are pants.

The Council has the powers of Alucard Pre-Schrodinger.
I Genuinely Ask Why I Cannot Die Yet: The Representative of The Council is effectively immortal, and if he ever dies, he is brought back due to the whims of The Council.
The Council Will Decide Your Fate: The Council's special move where the intended target is sent into a pocket dimension of only darkness, surrounded by multiple Council Members. With this in mind, The Council will literally decide how you will die either right then and there or in other cases, decide how you might die in the future.
We are...Hivemind: The Council is effectively a hivemind comprised of varying humans, ranging from hot males that influenced the world to actual anime girls.
Work that Factory: A closed off pocket dimension from the material universe that The Council uses to produce weapons of either mass destruction or capable of producing entire copies of Council Members that Council Members can hop their consciousness into.
