Stats amplification and cheating VIA healing really give Roy an advantage.

If Roy can find a way past Flight, I vote for him.
 
@Gohan since he can fight pegasus knights and wyvern riders, both of which could fly, I'm pretty sure he can deal with another person that can fly.
