Yeah I'd say Chris should have the skill edge by quite a good margin, heck even back in RE1 he fought creatures that could one shot him in melee. Reigns iirc has fought foes with decades of experience also but Chris has better showings considering just the fact he can fight folks that can one shot him and win plus also having like 20smth years behind him.
