Born from Thunder McQueen's desire to not die alone, this Stand will pull those the user desires in with their death. All Damage and effects done to the user will be shared with the desired target automatically, even when the user does not know they have the stand. Suffocation, falling, drowning, poisoning, crushing, starvation, and far more are all fair game. It takes the form of propellers that appear while replicating the damage. Under any other user Highway to Hell would be nigh-useless, but in the hands of someone as suicidal as Thunder McQueen, there could be no better Stand.

Trasmutation is a effect so I don't see why it can't be transfered.

Transmutation is not physical. HtH cant transfer something like Death Manipulation for example. There is a reason to why the match between Thunder and Yogiri was removed after all

Transmutation changes the structure and physiology of what it affects. Highway to Hell has never shown that level of transferance. Heck, it didn't even transfer Kiss splitting his head in two which is more physical than transmutation.

Technically we didn't get to see if hth can transfered kiss transumtation since he got his stand disc knocked out before hth can transfer the effect. However, lets say it doesn't would making it begining DiU make this not a stomp if hth can't transfer Heaven's Door?

Kiss' head split took place before his disk got knocked out. And yes, this is a total stomp.

HtH takes time to transfer damage as seen when thunder was drowning himself and electricuting himself. Kiss sticker was burned off immediately because of the electricty and knocked the stand disc before it can transfer the damage. So, at least from my interpretation, the transmutation would transfer but it didn't have the time to before the stand disc got knocked out.

When thunder electrcutes himself it took time. When he first shocks himself after hermes showed up nothing happened to hermes. Then he fully shocks himself as hermes rush to get the switch. Hermes is shocked but hth doesn't show up and only showed up later. She is probably shocked from touching thunder who is being electrcuted.

Also even if it doesn't transfer transmutation rohan will still get incapped due to postion sharing.
