Since Goku is 2-A and Rimuru is 2 B, but Rimuru completely negates everything and is faster,

Something like this i suppose:

Radiation Manipulation (Monsters of significant aura can create an aura akin to radiation, that is extremely toxic to organic life and can induce death in high concentration.)

Corruption (Type 3; Organic life that can somehow resist the toxic effects of the monster's aura can fall to its corruption and mutation effect turning them into monsters.)

I guest so???,IM still doubt because in SDBH manga, Goku and others can move in Chronoa Time Freeze except Trunks with in that time can resist it with the Keysword ability

You can always wank Rimuru to Tier 1 via the Jump Force Goku method.
Since Slime treats works like Fullmetal Alchemist, Land of the Lustrous, and other verses as fiction, then it's safe to say that the verses published by Kodansha, GC Novels, and Yen Press are all fiction to Rimuru. Which includes Tier 1 verses like Toaru and Umineko. They're probably among Veldora's sacred texts.
